First Visit

We offer an initial complimentary first visit to your property. This allows us to meet in person and view your property to make sure we will be a great fit for your project. We will recommend items needed, pricing, and advise of a specific strategy moving forward. 

The Search

Finding the perfect tenant can be complex and risky on your own. We have an in depth review and research policy with all of our tenants including a background review, credit check, income verification, and rental history inquiry. In the unfortunate case where a tenant will need to be evicted, we also handle this entire process as well for no extra charge.  

Paperwork

We utilize all South Carolina Realtors Association Contracts. DotLoop is our transactional management software which allows you to e-sign and have access at any time. No computer? No Problem! We will meet you with a hard copy either at our physical location or yours. 

Maintenance and Repairs

Our tenants can submit a work order via app, online, or call us. We partner with local contractors and strive to get the best quality and best prices for your repairs. We also have scheduled inspections for your property to assure the tenant is protecting your asset. 

The Listing

We take pride in our advertised work. We handle all photography a no charge to you, great pictures make a great difference! We are partnered with many online search platforms i.e Zillow, Trulia, and HotPads. We always go the extra mile to make sure your property will stand out!

Hands Off Experience

Each property owner is unique and we acknowledge this. We can offer a completely hands off (for You) experience and send your proceeds once a month or we will keep you informed with ANY changes or information about your property at any time. We look forward to serving You and Your Property.
